During this six hour seminar you will be taught the mental skills you need to effectively meet your fitness goals and up your game in the gym. Whether you are struggling to find the motivation to get off the couch, your fitness has reached a plateau or you wrestle with consistent performance this seminar is for you. If your’re a scaled athlete, RX+ or Games bound these skills can help you up your level of performance. There will be two programmed workouts included in the seminar, come ready to move!
