Team Member A will start on the start line. Team Members B and C will advance to Rower.
One Team member will perform in its entirety:
1. Block Sprint
2. 2 Rope Climbs (5 Rope Pulleys)
3. 10 Sand Bag Squats
4. Walking Lunges w/ sandbag to Walls
5. 3 burpee, bag, body over wall
6. Load Sled with Bag
7. Move Sled around block back to sled start position
8. Sprint back to sandbag start station (4.) with sandbag (jump wall)
9. 15 g2s w/ bag
10. Sprint to rower and tag next partner.Team sprint to end
