2000m row(alternating 500s with teammate not rowing doing kb farmers carry back and forth in 10m segments if you put down kb teammate must stop rowing)

6 rounds of 20 kbs and 10 thrusters

(teammates work at the same time one working on swings while other works on thrusters then switch each teammate does 60 kbs and 30 thrusters)

2000m row (alternating 500s with teammate not rowing holding a barbell at the finish of the deadlift position if you drop the bar teammate must stop rowing)
