Short Intervals

8-10 x 200m Fast (90-95% of sprint speed), taking full rest between each.

“Full Rest” means walking until you are ready to go again. Cardio is not the primary purpose of this workout. We are working on speed and a fast cadence, 190+ steps per minute minimum. Fall forward and use gravity to propel yourself. Land with your plant food directly below your hip–don’t overstride and heal strike.
