Main – CrossFit Lite
3 Rounds for Time as Teams of 2:
1. Teammate 1 rows 500m and teammate 2 runs 400m.
2. Teammate 1 runs 400m and teammate 2 rows 500m.
3. Both teammates then perform 20 burpees each, stepping up and over a 45# plate after each burpee.
If you can’t run, perform single unders for the run portion for the entire time your teammate is rowing.
