As a Team of 3 or 4:

Traverse the Lycan’s Spine

*drops = 15 burpee penalty

*30 burpees required if there is no travel attempted

Run the 3K Trail course

5 rope climbs per person

Chase ball 1000m trail section

100 partner wall balls

1000m trail section run

400 flutter kicks per person
