Viking Training (A CFFB WOD)
As a 3 person team complete the following:
1000 m run
100 slam balls
*partner one runs 200m, partner two and three alternate ball slams until partner one returns. Partner one switches with two and two runs. Continue alternating until ball slams and runs are completed
1000m chase ball with slam ball – entire team runs as a group tossing the slam ball forward to each member throughout the run
75 M prowler push 200#
Oh yeah… FOUR ROUNDS for time.
