Set1) Every 30 seconds for 2 minutes 1 rep @ 70%

Set 2) Every 45 seconds for 2:15 1 rep @ 75%

Set 3) Every minute for two minutes @80%

No rerack

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

50 kettle bell high pulls

50 double unders
