Skill: Back Squat

Strength: 20 min est 1 rep max back squat

WOD:

10  – 90 second rounds of:

21 Double unders

7 pull ups

3 ground to overheads 135 / 95

**if round is not completed in 90 sec, start new round with jump rope

Score = total ground to overheads
