3 minute rest

Every 60 seconds for 4 minutes 1 rep @ 90%

WOD:

2 minute max effort kettlebell swings 53/35

1 minute rest

4 minute as many rounds possible:

15 hand release push ups

10 toes to bar

1 minute rest

4 minute as many rounds as possible:

15 jump squats 45#

10 pull ups

1 minute rest

2 minute max effort kettle bell swings 53/35
